quick way to sell our house?

we had it listed through a realitor for about a year with only 3 people look at it. it was in foreclosure cauz the stupid mortgage company wouldn’t do their job. we fixed the foreclosure mess and were ok, but they increased our payments and taxes & we still just can’t afford it and are really pinching pennies. now it isn’t even worth half of what we are paying for it. no one wants to refinance it for at least a year because of the forclosure. citimortgage is crap and doesn’t call back, doesn’t want to help and changed our counselor about 6 times when we were dealing with the foreclosure. they never sent any sale date papers and i found out there was a sale date on it through my bfs mom cauz we don’t get the newspaper.
does anyone know how to sell it fast or what companies can help us even getting lower payments?
