I’m selling my mother’s house, which I received in ‘94 with a quick claim deed for $100 what is the tax on it?

I’m a US foreign. In ‘94 I received 1/3 of the house and in 2001 when my mother passed away I received half of her 1/3. So now I own 50% and my sister the other 50% but she is a non-resident. By the way, this is in Florida.
