How Can i sell My HOUSE QUICK?

(I understand the market is slow))Currently i reside in Maryland, and i DESPERATELY need to sell my house due to school districts , before the beginning of the school year.
My house has been on the market for 4 months and we have gone through fixing appliances and cleaning the house throwing junk away , painting, planting ..basically my house is in perfect condition .. its better then when i bought it .. i have put flowers on the outside (a lovely garden)
i have lowered the price to 310,00 . Its the lowest price in the neighborhood . I even bought new carpet and i still cant get my house to sell .I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!! Its getting so stressful and i have to moveeeeeeeee! I have IMPROVED my house alot …. Anyone have any suggestions?
