Any pointers on how to sell my house quick?

Im in SC and im trying to sell my house. Its been on the market for 2 months and need to sell within the next few months. Its a 2BR and 2BA house with almost 5 acres of land. It was built in 2000. We are tryin to get atleast 120,000 for the house but no one seems interested for some reason. Its a clean and very pretty house…but…we havent had not the first person to come look at it.
We DO have a real estate agent as well. What can i do to my house to sell quicker or how can i get more exposure for it than just a real estate agent? Any suggestions.Thanks so much,

Also we are living in the house so we cant rent it out. If that was the case, we woulda rented it out a long time ago. lol. Thanks for all the great answers.
