Anybody used quick sale co’s for house selling that operate on franchise basis?

Has anybody sold their home to a quick sale company that operates on a franchise basis? So you are not actually selling to a company as such but to an Associate of that Company? would appreciate any feedback both positive and negative, thanks. Any pitfalls to look out for? Warnings? Advice? help?Sell and Rent Back
